Privacy policy
This policy covers the public website at agententrypoint.com and the inquiry form on it. It is not a customer data-processing addendum. Paid work is covered by a separate agreement if we sign one.
What we collect
If you submit the form, we store:
- Company name
- Work email
- The menu line you picked
- The note you typed
- That you agreed to these terms
- The time of the submission
We use your IP address only to rate-limit the form (a short-lived counter). We do not attach that IP to the inquiry record.
If you turn the theme toggle, we store aep-theme in your
browser’s local storage. That never leaves your device through us.
What we do not collect
We do not run our own analytics pixels, ads, or session replay. We do not sell lists. We do not ask for passwords, API keys, payment cards, or customer data through this site. Do not paste secrets into the form.
Why we collect it
To read the inquiry and reply, and to see which menu lines get interest. The legal bases we rely on for that business contact are your consent (the checkbox) and our legitimate interest in answering a request you sent.
Who sees it
Kowal AI LLC. Hosting, DNS, and delivery run on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process requests, including IP addresses, standard server logs, and security or bot-management cookies, under its own terms. Inquiry records sit in Cloudflare KV. We do not sell your inquiry, and we do not share it for cross-context advertising.
We may disclose a record if the law requires it, or if we need to protect the site or defend a claim.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records stay until we reply and no longer need them, or until you ask us to delete them, and in any case no longer than we reasonably need to run the business. Rate-limit keys expire within an hour.
Your requests
Email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete an inquiry you sent, or to object to our holding it. We will need enough detail to find the record. If a law gives you extra rights (access, deletion, portability, appeal), use that same address.
Transfers
We are in the United States. Cloudflare operates a global network, so a request may be processed outside your country. Do not send an inquiry if that is not acceptable.
Security
We use HTTPS, access-limited storage, and a rate limit on the form. That is reasonable care, not a guarantee. Do not treat the form as a secure channel for credentials or customer data.
Cookies
We do not set our own first-party cookies. Cloudflare may set security cookies. Theme preference uses local storage, not a cookie.
Children
This site is for business buyers. It is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date on this page. Keep reading it if you keep using the site.
